Appointments will typically be scheduled at the end of a session. Appointments may also be scheduled by emailing amy@dombroskycounseling.com or by calling 704-629-8306.
Reschedule
Appointments may be rescheduled by sending an email, an message on Therapyzen, or by calling 704-629-8306.
Cancelation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel as soon as possible by leaving a voicemail, sending an email, or sending a message on Therapyzen. You will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service(s) unless you cancel 24 hours in advance (not including weekends or holidays). Exceptions to the missed appointment fee will be made for weather emergencies. If you are late for your appointment, you will be seen for the remaining appointment time and will be charged the full appointment fee.
A Late Cancellation Fee will be charged if the Patient (or Patient’s Representative):
- Cancels the appointment less than 24 hours prior to appointment time; or
- Fails to show up for a scheduled appointment; or
- Arrives for their scheduled appointment with 30 minutes or less remaining in their scheduled time slot
If you cancel or reschedule more than twice, we may re-evaluate your needs, desires, and motivations for treatment at this time or require payment at the time of scheduling.
